As hot metal is rolled out in HR mills, metal oxidizes forming scales on the surface.

Our descaling systems use high pressure water jets in the pressure range of 160 bar to 350 bar to effectively remove these scales. Our de-scaling systems are ideally suited for application in mills that roll hot metal plates, ingots, pipes, blooms and slabs.
